I led the transition from reactive design to a journey-based approach across four financial products, loans, credit cards, fixed term and easy access savings.
As Amplifi grew from 40 to over 300 employees, I evolved our design process to while staying agile and cross-functional. Working closely with product, engineering and ops, I embedded iterative insight-driven design practices across 4 squads.

Collaborating with a creative agency, I translated the Reevo Money brand into a scalable, multi-brand design system. After launch, I lead the application of the system to our existing brand, My Community Finance.
The system was successfully adopted by teams working in Salesforce, Angular, and React, serving as a shared foundation for marketing sites, web apps, and the mobile experience.

By balancing regulatory requirements with empathy, I’ve helped customers get back on track with their payments.
I’ve designed and iterated on payment flows based on modern technologies like Open Banking, card payments and 3DS. Arrears and recovery journeys required complex account state logic, multi-channel customer interaction and repayment paths.

To meet FCA requirements for evidencing good customer outcomes, I established lightweight, scalable research practices embedded in our product workflow.
I worked closely with senior stakeholders to define risk-based testing matrices determining what to test and when. This helped us validate customer understanding, improve accessibility, and refine product market fit.
